The story

From January to May 2019 it has bought online puppies of cat with the sole aim of torturing them. This is the accusation that hangs over the head of the young American arrested in the last few days in Missouri. An accusation that, among other things, the boy would also have confirmed.

The first suspicions began after a woman noticed a boy inside a car intent on abandoning a suspicious bag. She got so close and, once opened, she discovered the terrible truth: it contained a cat deceased.

And so, day after day, the bags increased and the woman decided to file a complaint. It did not take long for the investigators to trace the identity of the murderer. It is a 20-year-old boy from St. Louis, Missouri.

At first, the 20-year-old denied all the charges, only to collapse during the long interrogation. According to a first reconstruction, the boy would have practiced his terrible activity during the first 4 months of 2019.

He bought cats online from a well-known American service, the Craigslist. Once they arrived at their destination, the puppies were victims of mistreatment and torture. He tortured them, hitting them repeatedly, until he strangled them.

And that's not all. According to the American newspapers, the boy did more. In fact, many felines were dissected after death. He removed the limbs and decapitated them, behaving like a real beast.

The causes that prompted the boy to do so are still unknown. What is certain is that there is no good fate waiting for the executioner of the gods cats bought online.

In Missouri, in fact, there are two years in prison plus a $ 2,000 fine for those who abuse animals. But, since the boy faces multiple charges, the years in prison could go up to 4.

A story, this, which once again shows us how human beings, at times, can behave much worse than animals. Like the story of the kittens thrown into a ditch by a 17-year-old, this time in our country.
