It all started by taking care of a mother cat and her two kittens. This is how Betsey began her adventure as a "cat lady". He saw a Facebook post from the Humane Society that needed a foster mother or father for the furry little ones. But he fell in love with that experience which he decided to continue taking care of cats even alone. It even transformed the guest room in foster room.

In fact, Betsey now catches stray cats and looks after them. In her home she transformed the guest bedroom into a foster room for cats.

He equipped the room with kennels, blankets, rugs, large scratching posts where the hairballs climb and find refuge in the small houses.

The room cannot miss a window with a beautiful tree in front of it. One of the best pastimes for host cats is to watch birds from behind the window for hours.

Betsey takes care of the kittens until they become sociable kittens. At that point he finds a family for him.

Sometimes it happens that some cats are unable to socialize, in those cases Betsey relies on more experienced educators than her. She came to have up to twenty-four cats together.

For cat lovers it must be an interesting and beautiful experience. Imagine a room in your home adapted for small cats. Many puppies that would populate it, safe, warm and fed.

We admire people like Betsey who find the courage to face new challenges, it is not easy to open a home to twenty-four strays, to take care of them, both for care, both to feed them and above all to dedicate the necessary time to them.

Fortunately, human sensitivity towards cats is increasing, there are many people, volunteers and not, who take care of these small living beings. And we want to thank them all.
