The story of Toby is really sad, a beautiful one cat of seven years that was abandoned by his family. He walked twenty kilometers, chasing a smell, a memory, to return to his home and find his family, which however had reserved a nasty surprise for him. They no longer wanted him, on the contrary they had thought of an evil end for him, they wanted to suppress him.
Sometimes, some humans are downright cruel. They have no qualms with these defenseless beings. This little living being after a long journey, to find his family, has instead found a cruelty typical only of some humans.
Fortunately, the center where they had taken him to suppress him refused. They've seen fit to contact Raleigh's shelter so they can save him.
So he was, taken to the shelter, he was subjected to all the appropriate visits. Toby tested positive for feline immunodeficiency virus, so he could only have lived with other cats who had the same condition as him.
The fact remains that he will be equally happy and will still be able to receive a lot of love.
In the shelter, Toby socialized with other cats like him affected by the same virus. It is even a dispenser of purr. The cute kitten, however, needed a welcoming home and a family that loved him.
An announcement was placed on facebook and shortly after came the request for adoption for the tender Toby. About a week later the cat was already at home with his new family.
Finally there was someone for him who wanted to love him. Mom was a cat expert; two human brothers who were waiting for him with such trepidation and another kitten like him, who will become his playmate.
Toby had had a difficult past made up of suffering, but for him there was certainly a happy and peaceful future, full of affection.
