The Kitten Rescue foundation, which deals with giving a home to stray cats, has made available its guests and some volunteers for the success of the experiment. Of course also with the assumption that some cat is finally adopted. The kittens were then taken to the school and left free to walk around in a classroom where the boys were teaching.

At first the kittens wandered around the classroom to settle in, then at a certain point most of them got on the legs of the students, who were sitting at their desk with their books open.

The school consultant Donna Lambert, said in an interview how visibly the stress of the children under examination has decreased, thanks to the simple interaction with cats.

The school counselor also continues, saying that even the kittens, if before they were still curious and quite agitated in entering a new place for them, then they relaxed and someone even fell asleep on some boy's lap.

This factor was very decisive because if on the one hand it contributed to the reduction of school stress, on the other hand it allowed the socialization of the host cats in the structure.

To conclude, today more and more animals are used for therapeutic purposes. Just think of the elderly, the handicapped, etc …

So it is always good to respect them, because the animals do their utmost to ensure that their human friend lives in the best way.
