In a Virginia neighborhood, a family had to move. After selling their home, they left, leaving their Ragdoll cat behind. The cat began to roam the neighborhood, going from house to house to beg for food and shelter.
With the advent of winter, which is quite harsh in Virginia, a lady, moved with compassion, decided to offer Ragdoll shelter.
The lady's husband was allergic to cat hair, but this did not stop him from providing the newcomer with a temporary and welcoming refuge. They used the garage as a real kennel, which had a bed, a heat lamp, blankets, food, water and of course a lot of love. Of course, the cat also reciprocated. He followed her everywhere and also loved passing by with her and her little dog. The woman realized that Ragdoll needed a real home and a family that could give him all the love he wanted. So he asked for help from his colleague, Debbie, who welcomed the cat's arrival with open arms. Ragdoll for his part immediately proved to be sociable, sweet and docile and instantly won Debbie's heart. He renamed it Valentino, as he arrived just before the Valentine's Day and for his ability to give unconditional love. However, Debbie noticed that her coat was dull and she was breathing badly.
She then took him to the vet and found that he had an upper respiratory infection. She removed the damaged hair and started antibiotic treatment. Valentino when he came into cynicism. he immediately proved very affectionate with all the staff of the structure. It almost looked like he wanted to help. Today Valentino is a happy cat who will never miss Debbie's love.
