Cat or lynx?

In Quebec, in the state of Canada, a man, crossing a wooded path to go to work, saw a small animal. He thought it was a kitten, but when he got closer to get a better look, he noticed that it had large paws and round ears. He realized it wasn't a kitten, but a Canadian lynx. So, not sure if the feline had been abandoned by his mother or had somehow gotten lost, he left it there with the hope that the mother would return to him. The next day, unable to get that little creature out of his mind, the man went back to the woods. From a distance he heard the little creature's groans. He found it near a tree and took it with him.

He had almost certainly been the weakest of the litter and his mother had abandoned him. He immediately took him home and called an association that dealt with the rehabilitation of wild animals.

The association's experts gave him all the necessary instructions to feed and take care of the little lynx. The man constantly kept an eye on him to make sure he was okay. After the fateful first night, the man took the little boy to the zoo where the association he had asked for help operated. They told him that it was a very young lynx and that it would not have lived alone in the woods for long if man had not saved it.

Thanks to the recovery activity, now this little lynx cub is making great strides and is recovering. As soon as he is ready, he will be released and taken back to the woods, where he will be able to live his life equal to that of his fellow men.
