The story we are going to tell you is a story of hope and mutual love. Of course the protagonist is a cat!

His name is Mikita, it's a black cat, who was found wandering the streets of Chicago. Inserted in an adoption project, the volunteers realized that he was very sweet and affectionate. In short, street life had not made him reluctant and distrustful of humans.

With this affable and sweet way of his it was thought that shortly after he had found a family that he would have took care of him forever. This was what the association's volunteers thought "Harmony House for Cats". But unfortunately it did not happen and the kitten was forced to stay at the shelter for many months. Until they showed up in the shelter Andrea and Rich Williams, I decided to adopt a kitten to make their family complete.

As soon as they entered the room where Mikita was, he immediately approached the couple and began to snuggle up to them. He absolutely wanted to be part of their family. The couple then decided to adopt him because they could not remain impassive in front of what they saw: when Rich sat down on a chair, Mikita immediately jumped into his lap and literally hug with its little paws.

For the couple that was a sign! Shortly after, Mikita officially joined the Williams family.

When they then took him home, Mikita quickly revealed hers playful character and full of curiosity.

It has now been three and a half years since its adoption and of course it has become the king of the house.

Not a day goes by that you don't jump in the arms of his adoptive mom and dad, and emit purring sound!

His favorite pastime is to climb on the shoulders of his owners and accompany them around the house, observing everything they do.

When they get home from work, Mikita has quite a way bizarre to welcome them!

The beautiful black cat is a great curiosone and observes if everything is going well!

His human's back becomes a great pillow to rest!

Mikita also becomes the protagonist of funny selfies!

To conclude we can truly say that Mikita has found the family of her dreams and will certainly never let them go!

On the other hand, the couple found a cat who thanks them every day for what they have done and above all who knows how to give them a love that goes beyond any imagination! they have also opened a Facebook and Instagram profile dedicated to him, Chicagoblackcat, where they continuously update the adventures experienced by the kitten!
