Today we want to tell you the particular story of Otitis, the cat that no one wanted to adopt.

Otitis, in fact, is not a cat like the others. In fact, due to a bad cyst, he lost both ears and, consequently, also hearing.

The protagonist of this story is therefore a feline with a different appearance, due to his particular disability. And, as we often tell you, this has caused him enormous problems.

Problems that did not stem from his deafness, but mainly from the fact that no one seemed to be interested in him.

His very different appearance, in fact, did not allow him to receive any application for adoption. Day after day, Otitis saw visitors to the shelter pass past his cage, hardly even giving him a glance.

And, when that look was there, it was a look of compassion. No one, therefore, wanted this particular feline.

But luckily his fate changed thanks to Molly Lichetenwalner. Molly is a girl who, following a bad car accident, began to deal with anxiety and panic attacks.

It was her therapist who advised her to adopt a pet. Always a cat lover, Molly decided to take a four-legged friend.

We know very well how much our pets are able to make us feel better. And Molly knows it well.

While searching for her future four-legged friend, Molly came across Otitis's photo. That white cat without ears, he immediately broke into his heart.

In a very short time, Molly applied for adoption for the 9-year-old feline who had now lost all hope of finding a family.

But today Otitis is happy. Not only has he found a person who can take care of him, but he also manages to reciprocate all this love.

In fact, since he's been around, Molly has been much better. Panic attacks have definitely diminished and, in the rare cases where they still exist, it is thanks to her cat that she manages to calm down. A story very similar to that of Poodle, the cross-eyed kitten that no one wanted to adopt.
