Kramer is a cat who, as often happens, did not start his life in the best way.
His mom was rescued by some volunteers from the Valley Cats, Cat and Kitten Rescue. He was in Wisconsin and was in obvious trouble.
Unfortunately, her delivery was also very difficult. The beautiful cat, in fact, lost her life giving birth to her 7 children.
Among these there was also Kramer. A really tiny kitten that, from the first minutes of life, showed itself different from the others.
The feline could not stand upright, walked awkwardly and was significantly smaller than the brothers.
The vets then confirmed the obvious doubts. The puppy suffered from some congenital neurological problems.
But, as often happens, he didn't know it and seemed to live as happy as everyone else. However, the volunteers at the shelter were very worried that this kitten would hardly find a family willing to adopt him.
When McKenzie arrived at the shelter looking for a four-legged friend, it was love at first sight.
He saw that very small cat, with a clumsy step, in need of help and decided to adopt it. He knew it could be a risky choice and that this cat would need special attention all his life, but he didn't care.
The boy took the cat home and named him Kramer. Here the puppy met the other two inhabitants of the house, another cat and a dog named Winston.
And, incredible but true, an extraordinary friendship was born between the two. Although it is often said that dogs and cats are enemies by nature, this story is proof that this is a misconception.
Because Winston and Kramer are best friends. They eat together, sleep together and move as if they were each other's shadow.
According to the owner, Winston quickly realized that the kitten needed help and behaved with him as if he were the mother. And, thanks to this friendship, today Kramer is a happy cat.
