The cat protagonist of today's history is called Empire and it is a very, very unfortunate feline.
In fact, during the first part of his life, this splendid four-legged friend suffered the signs of human violence on his skin.
And not only that, because for a whole year Empire he fought against a disease that no one knew how to name.
Or rather, all the vets had understood that it was an allergy, but no one knew what caused it.
But let's start from the beginning. The known history of Empire begins a year ago, when some people find it practically dying on the streets of North Carolina.
Empire is not alone, because his little brothers are also with him. Unfortunately, all felines are in desperate conditions.
They have the marks of a on their skin mistreatment, including injuries and burns that make their survival very at risk.
Immediately transferred to the Wolf Brother Animal Rescue, all the felines begin their path of care.
A team of veterinary experts takes care of them and little by little each of the cats recover in an incredible way. So much so that, in the end, all puppies receive one application for adoption.
All but one. The cat Empire, in fact, not only does not receive any request for adoption, but does not seem willing to get well.
Even though the wounds and burns have passed, new spots appear on his fur every day. Veterinarians have no doubts: it is allergy.
Unfortunately, however, it seems impossible to understand what the Empire cat is allergic to. Vets run tests after tests, tests after tests, but Empire doesn't want to be healed.
And so, as his survival gradually becomes more difficult, the turning point arrives. Doctors understand that Empire's allergy is due to a series of environmental factors.
It is a bit as if the feline were allergic to the environment in which it is found, North Carolina. And so, after a long word of mouth, a refuge of Arizona offers to take care of him.
Empire flies like this to the Arizona Animal Protective Society, where his health conditions improve in a short time.
And the good news for our four-legged friend does not end there. In fact, in a short time, Empire receives his first application for adoption and today he is already with his new family, completely reborn!
