Abandoned kittens adopted in the library. This is the beautiful and very interesting initiative we want to talk to you about today.

Because among the many bad stories against felines that we talk to you about every day, it is right to talk about good news too.

You should know by now: sadly, not all human beings are worthy of being called best friends animals.

In fact, there are more and more stories of abandonment, mistreatment or, worse still, killings against our four-legged friends.

Stories that demonstrate how much the human being can be cruel. Such as the recent news of the kittens abandoned in a sack saved by the firefighters.

But at the same time, it is also fair to say that there are many people who struggle every day for the happiness and safety of these animals.

People who invest time and money to save quadrupeds in distress. Such as the many volunteers who take care of shelters for animals in need.

And the news we are talking about today, finally, is about these people. And in particular it speaks of a wonderful initiative on the part of felines looking for a home.

Let's talk about the Otis & Clementine's Book & Coffe, a library where, between one reading and another, it is possible to cuddle some cats.

The library is located in Nova Scotia, in Canada. The idea stems from the desire to find a way to encourage adoption for felines without a family.

And so we thought of the abandoned kittens adopted in the bookstore. Volunteers from the South Paw Conservation Nova Scotia, an association that deals with animals in difficulty, take the cats in search of a home inside the library.

Customers can thus enjoy the company of these four-legged friends. And while they read a good book, someone ends up getting attached to one of the four legs.

And in a moment the request for adoption. The initiative is in fact working great and the cats are staying in the library for a very short time. In fact, they are almost always adopted a few days after their arrival.

And obviously the bookshop can also enjoy the fruits of this initiative. Since the kittens have been around, business has definitely gotten better. And speaking of nice initiatives for our four-legged friends. In Magione (PG) the colonies of kittens are indicated by signs.
