Bad news comes from Pond, Livorno, with two kittens thrown inside a box on the Fi-PI-LI.
News that is added to the many news stories we talk about practically every day.
Stories of cats abandoned, abused or worse still killed by those who should have taken care of them.

Felines who have tasted firsthand how cruel and violent human beings can be. Human being who, not always, can be defined as the best friend of animals.
Fortunately, however, in today's history there are both types of human beings. There is the cruel and violent one and also the one who instead turned into a hero.
As said we are a Pond, in the province of Livorno and the unfortunate protagonists of the story are two kittens just a few months old.

The other protagonist is Mattia Doccini, a 24 year old boy from Terricciola, in the province of Pisa. He is the guardian angel of one of the kittens, the only one who survived.
Mattia is in his car on the Florence-Pisa-Livorno. Suddenly, from one Kia Sportage gray, one of the passengers opens the rear door and throws a box.
At first, Mattia thinks it's waste. But then a kitten comes out of the box and, rolling on the asphalt, ends up under a car that can do nothing to avoid it, thus losing its life.

The tall kitten instead rolls to the opposite side, ending up in a ditch. Mattia stops and goes to help him.
Unfortunately, nobody knows anything about the driver of the Kia. Mattia didn't have time to read the car license plate, as his only priority was the cat in trouble.
The kitten is already better and from this bad adventure he has also managed to find something positive. Mattia adopted him, adding him to the other five cats that are already in his house.
The little one is called Helljust like what he's been through. And speaking of bad stories. Here is the news of the kittens abandoned in a sack saved by the firefighters.
